Sono stati annunciati i candidati al Golden Joystick Awards 2026, premio noto anche come People’s Gaming Award, giunto alla quarantaquattresima edizione. È uno dei più longevi premi dedicati ai videogiochi e il più longevo di quelli basati sul voto dei giocatori.
Quest’anno anche Marvel Snap è tra le candidature, nella categoria “Still Playing Award (mobile)“, ovvero quei giochi che pur non essendo novità continuano a coinvolgere i giocatori. Assieme ad esso ci sono Balatro, Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Monopoly Go!, NTE: Neverness to Everness, Old School RuneScape, Pokémon GO, Roblox, Sky: Children of the Light, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Mobile, Wuthering Waves.
Le votazioni sono già aperte e termineranno il 23 ottobre 2026. Al termine si apriranno anche le votazioni per il Gioco dell’Anno le cui candidature saranno però annunciate solo il 26 ottobre.
